Insta Recently my Tutor, Tim has passed away. I don’t think I ever saw Tim complain about anything, he always had a smile on his face and a spring in his step. Everyone always said he was little bit crazy and that’s what we loved about him, that he didn’t care what anyone else thought. At the start of this year he took me to one side and told me I shouldn’t care about what others think and to just be myself and this is one of the most important pieces of advice I’ve received in my life. Tim was one of the first people to believe in me. Before starting at the Northern School of Art I had no confidence and didn’t believe I was good enough to peruse photography as a career but he always inspired me and pushed me to do my best and because of him I now have hope for a bright future and I’ll always be grateful for that because without it I don’t know where I would be. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. Tim has touched so many people’s hearts and inspired so many student to achieve their dreams and I’ll always remember him and be thankful that I was given the opportunity to meet him.
